Intimate brightening is the process of lightening the color of the skin around the area you desire. This service can be performed on both men and women in a comfortable setting. 8 reasons why skin darkens in intimate areas:
Hyperpigmentation – The genital and perineal regions have the highest density of melanocytes (pigment created by body cells) than anywhere in the body. This results in the skin becoming darker when the pigment is denser.

The Pretty Kitty is a vaginal facial which revives the overall look and feel of the area. During this procedure, the skin in the vaginal region is exfoliated and cleansed resulting in a beautiful appearance and feel. Please arrive to your appointment cleansed and shaved pre-treatment (at least 24 hours in advance).
Pretty Kitty-HydraFacial w/Laser Hair Removal
The Pretty Kitty can be performed in conjunction with laser hair removal for a complete refresh.
Pretty Thighs Save Lives (Bundle)
The Pretty Thighs Save Lives is our intimate service which focuses on the inner thighs. This is a 3-step service that will require 2 separate appointments. During this procedure, we reinvigorate the area with our hydrafacial treatment followed by a peel to help lighten the area. The final appointment will be for microneedling to rejuvenate the skin and improve the skins surface by reducing dark spots and stretch marks. Please arrive to your appointment cleansed and shaved pre-treatment (at least 24 hours in advance).
Peek-A-Boo (Bundle)
The Peek-A-Boo is our underarm treatment to target dark spots in the area. This service will include 3 laser hair removal sessions under the arm and 3 peels to brighten/lighten the skin for a smoother and softer look. This service will require 3 separate appointments of LHR with a peel. Not to exceed 3 consecutive months. Please arrive to your appointment cleansed and shaved pre-treatment (at least 24 hours in advance).
Pretty Peach-HydraFacial
The Pretty Peach is our intimate service for rejuvenation of the buttocks. During this procedure, a safe and effective skin lightening peel is applied to the area to lighten the region. Please arrive to your appointment cleansed and shaved pre-treatment (at least 24 hours in advance).
Cupid’s Bow Lip Peel
This treatment is the perfect treatment to help stimulate collagen within the skin. This peel will help to smooth lines on the upper and lower lip. Chemical peels on the lips can help with increasing firmness, improving wrinkles, minimizing dark pigmentation and plumping deep smoker’s lines.

We will recommend a customized home regimen to fit your unique skin needs. Additionally, here at Dr. Thrower’s MedSpa, we carry a full line of custom specially formulated home care products geared to help improve and retain the skin’s overall health and appearance. During the consultation, we’ll create a skin care routine customized for your unique skin type.
After an intimate procedure, the treated area may be slightly tender. Patients who undergo perineal or genital services are advised to avoid sexual intercourse for at least 48-72 hours after treatment. All other normal activities may be resumed immediately. Additionally, it is common to experience mild discomfort, itching, and sensitivity temporarily after the procedure.
HOW FREQUENTLY CAN I GET INTIMATE SERVICES?
